New Patients at Naturally Chiropractic
Before your first appointment with Dr. Aaron, you can complete our patient forms online. If you don’t have time before your appointment, you can complete them in our office. Just arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early. You should wear comfortable clothing and bring your driver’s license and insurance information.
Your First Appointment
When you arrive for your first appointment, you will be welcomed by our staff and they can help you complete any remaining paperwork After any paperwork is complete our staff will bring you into our exam room where Dr. Aaron comes in to talk to you about what’s going on with your body. He may recommend tests and x-rays.
You then meet with our staff to discuss costs and scheduling based on the recommendations of Dr. Aaron. Our staff will review your insurance, explain our payment options, and answer all of your questions. Dr. Aaron may also perform a light treatment during the first appointment.
Dr. Aaron reviews the information from your first appointment by the following day, and our staff will set up a second appointment for you to sit down with Dr. Aaron and discuss his findings.
Your first appointment can take 20 to 30 minutes if you complete the paperwork ahead of time or 30 to 45 minutes if you complete the paperwork in our office.
When you arrive for your second appointment you will be greeted by our staff who takes you to a room with one of our traction tables. Our staff will explain the purpose of the tables, and then will help you lie down in a comfortable position. The traction table lasts for a few minutes, and our staff will escort you to the waiting room or outside Dr. Aaron’s office.
When Dr. Aaron meets with you to discuss his findings and recommend an individualized plan of care, he speaks with a warm honesty that helps you feel at ease and confident in your choice of chiropractor. You know that he truly cares about your health and well-being. He goes over his findings and outlines a plan of care that may include a treatment during the same appointment. Our staff will collect payment and schedule your next appointment. The visit may last about five to 10 minutes.
Treatment visits typically last about five minutes. Dr. Aaron performs very specific adjustments based on your care plan, and you may have treatments on the traction table each time.
